In this privacy statement, you’ll find out how we deal with any personal details you have provided. If you have any questions after reading this, please make contact via jennie@mononexecutiveconsulting.com
- How and where is your personal information kept? Name and email address are kept on a secure company laptop.
- When you pay for “Monon Executive Consulting” services, you supply your first and last name, company name if applicable, and a postal address. These are needed under Dutch Tax Law to be able to invoice for the services.
- For legal reasons, the coaching business administration is kept for 7 years. This means that a copy of the invoice that is sent to you will stay in the company system for at least 7 years.
- If you submitted your details through the form on the website, you can request at any time for that information to be removed, although invoice information will still be kept as above.
- The company website is hosted with mijndomein.nl, Please check their privacy notice to see how they process the data that they hold for clients.
- You have the right to see the information that is kept about you from the coaching sessions. The coach makes handwritten notes during the session, which are transcribed to a secure laptop. If you want to see this information, please request this via jennie@mononexecutiveconsulting.com
- If you are concerned about the company not complying with privacy legislation, in the first instance, please make contact with the company. If you are still not happy, you have every right to contact the official body in The Netherlands, which is the “Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens”.
