About Us

What makes me different from all the other coaches that deliver this kind of coaching? 

I'm a British national who has lived in the Netherlands for the last 11 years. I bring much experience of corporate life to my coaching practice. Over my 35 years of full time employment, I have lived and worked in the US, UK and Continental Europe, operating in multinationals and start ups, in industries ranging from Banking to Computer Hardware to Application Development. 

I have successfully managed P&Ls, consulted at the C suite level, and led large teams in excess of 100 people. I have personally been successful in a variety of positions such as Software Engineer, Managing Consultant, HR Director, and Entrepreneur. This diverse experience makes for a rather unusual combination, making me a coach who has strong business acumen, and deep organisational understanding.

I am a bold but empathetic, ‘real’ person, that is passionate about people. Often described as 'enthusiastic', 'joyful' and being 'generous of spirit', I have an uncanny knack of understanding people and what makes them tick. People find me humorous, warm and challenging.

It is very important for me that we build trust in our coaching relationship. I will hold the space for you to do your best quality thinking; a safe place where you can reflect and experiment. I will help you become a 'better' you!
